If you need to get items from the Uncle Bob’s Storage locker, please call Diane Beer at 333-4492 to arrange a time for her to meet you at the locker.  Please be aware of the policy below regarding use of the items in the storage lockers.

USE OF PTA ITEMS IN UNCLE BOB’S STORAGE LOCKERS

1.     Items are only to be borrowed by PTA members.

2.     Items borrowed are to be used for PTA or school events only; they are not for personal use.

3.     The borrower needs to go through the PTA unit of the school holding the event to get the items.

4.     Items are to be signed out using a form on a clipboard in the storage locker.  Items are to be returned within one week of event.

5.     Items should be returned in the same or better condition than when they were borrowed.  Lost or damaged items will be replaced at the borrower’s personal expense.
